We provide free estimates for most plumbing work. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and assume reasonable working conditions. Final pricing may vary if unexpected conditions are discovered.
Some services require a diagnostic fee, which is disclosed upfront. Diagnostic fees are typically credited toward the cost of repairs if you proceed with the recommended work.
If additional work or materials are needed beyond what's in your original estimate, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding. You won't be charged for additional work without your explicit consent.
Honest pricing commitment: We provide flat-rate quotes in writing before starting work. No hidden fees, no hourly creep, no surprise charges at completion.
We make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time, but emergency calls and unforeseen delays may occasionally affect our schedule. If we are running late, we'll do our best to notify you in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice when possible. For emergency services, we understand cancellations may be needed at short notice.
For non-emergency scheduled appointments where we arrive at the agreed time and are unable to access the property or perform the work due to customer-related reasons, a service call fee may apply.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
We warrant our workmanship for a minimum of 90 days from completion. Many services carry longer warranties (water heater installations: 1 year; whole-house repipes: lifetime workmanship warranty). Specific warranty terms are detailed in your work order or invoice.
Materials and equipment are covered by manufacturer warranties, which we will help you register and claim against if needed. Eagle Valley does not extend or modify manufacturer warranties.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation with a neutral third party in Napa County, California, before pursuing legal action.
Eagle Valley Plumbing Inc. is licensed in California. If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved with us, you may contact the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) at www.cslb.ca.gov or (800) 321-CSLB.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms or our services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Napa County, California, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll provide reasonable notice through our website or by email when possible. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
